Authentic South African Style Biltong with a Corriander flavor and addictively delicious. Biltong is dried and cured and enjoyed as a snack or on a (parve) salad. The slices are cut to approximately 1/16th of an inch. Shipping charges for biltong-only out-of-town shipping will be charged based on the combined weight of the slices and sticks. The shipping charge is $6 for up to a weight of 16 oz. (1 lb.) of biltong and $12 for a weight of up to 80 oz. (5 lb.). Shipping charges for weights greater than 80 oz. (5 lb.) will be based on the above base charges.
