Vacuum packed into 1 lb. pouches, this All-Natural extra lean ground Chuck is a blend of minimum of 90% lean and maximum of 10% fat. The Chuck provides a rich yet lean product ideal for items like meat balls and Spagetti Bolagnaise. Because it is vacuum packed and delivered frozen, you can keep it in your freezer for extended periods without fear of freezer burn. We reccommend it for low fat diets and dishes such as Spagetti Bolognaise. We do NOT reccommend it use in hamburger patties as the meat will be too dry.
