Product Pricing

Our mission as a company is to provide superb product quality and customer service. We also make every attempt to keep our pricing reasonable, while being all too well aware of the necessity to operate a viable business.

Prices are calculated on a "cost plus" basis, so that when there are market increases/decreases in our purchasing costs, we then need-to/are-able-to increase or decrease our selling prices accordingly.

The product prices stated in "$/lb" are firm but the weight in "lb" stated for each product are arithmetic averages. For example, the actual weight of each Chuck Roast will vary from cut to cut and therefore the actual price of a Chuck Roast will be different from one cut to the next. This variation can be as much as 20% either way.

In picking customer orders, we do our very best to ensure that the particular cuts are as close to the stated arithmentic averages (in "lb.") as possible but can not always guarentee this.
