Each of these are hand-made and fully cooked in our kitchen under supervision of The Atlanta Kashruth Commission. EVERY ONE of our Heat 'N Eat items:
- Have been
carefully selected so that you can store these in your freezer and whenever
you are ready, take them out and, without any fuss at all, heat in the
microwave or oven, serve and enjoy.
- Are packed
in either micro-wave compatible containers or in food-grade cardboard
containers.
- Are individually
hand-made by Heidi or under her direct supervision and therefore cannot
be compared to "production line" run-of-the-mill frozen meals
offered in supermarkets.
- Have been
carefully selected and prepared to provide you and your family with
healthy, wholesome and delicious alternatives when you simply do not
have the time and/or energy to prepare a healthy, home-cooked meal.
- Have the ingredients (including any known allergens) listed on the product label, so you know exactly what you are eating.
We encourage any suggestions from our customers, as to any dishes you would like to be able to pull out of your freezer, heat up and know that you have a delicious, healthy, wholesome, kosher and affordable meal to enjoy! These could be appetizers, Shabbos meal "center plates", or anything in between. Any and all suggestions would be most appreciated.
Very proudly, we are the only kosher meat processing and catering facility certified by the United States Department of Agriculture in Georgia - if not the entire Southeast. We are inspected daily by a Federal official for hygiene, temperature control/monitoring and numerous other food safety criteria. This is an onerous certification but one which we feel significantly enhances the quality and food safety of our products.
