Our mission is to supply our customers with superior quality products, supported by a level of service beyond our customers' expectations.

Griller's Pride has only two assets: our Customers and our Staff and we conduct business based on only two competitive differentiators: Customer Service and Product Quality - for which every one of our staff members is responsible and accountable within the context of every task that he/she executes.

Recognizing that Griller's Pride is primarily a "people" business, our customers are always treated in a helpful, courteous, friendly, and respectful manner. As a result, our customers reciprocate with the same regard for us.

We make it our business to develop a relationship with each of our customers based on mutual respect, honesty, integrity and fairness.

Mediocrity or "second best" is a characteristic that we are continuously on guard against. We continuously strive to develop "better ways" to do things and better things to do to enhance our Customer Service and Product Quality.

Not one of us at Griller's Pride is perfect and we are too well aware that the kosher meat and poultry industry is fraught with unpredictable shortages and sudden price increases. However, we fully stand behind our products and customer service and whenever we encounter a problem or challenge, we rush to address it with a keen sense of that same respect, honesty, integrity, and fairness.
